Dr. Gary Core has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years, and caring for people in a gentle and compassionate manner has always been the staple of his Philosophy.
Dr. Core graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1979. He has had extensive training in all phases of dentistry including but not limited to; orthodontics, TMJ Disorders, and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).
He did one year residency in the study of TMJ with world renowned Dr. Tanaka, and he has participated in several programs that include studies on Occlusion, TMD, and Airway management.
He has been treating TMD and Sleep Apnea for over 30 years and has amassed over 2500 hours of education in the field. Dr. Core decided to pursue the study of Sleep Apnea when he himself was diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, so he empathizes with others who suffer from the affliction. He has been treating his disorder with appliance therapy successfully for over 17 years.
